Join me, as I show you how to create this super cute, 3d Baby Highland cow. A smaller version, of the larger Highland cow workshop (Buttercup), see in my other workshops.
For this workshop I'm offering some teenagers only sessions, ages approx 12 - 18yrs max, and a session for a mixed age group of 14yrs and over with no max age. This is a special introductory offer on the first two sessions only. Further workshops will then be aimed for adults at the normal rate. Please read the listing as this will be detailed next to the session date.
To make Daisy, a freshly baked 4 inch round, double layered vanilla sponge will be provided. The cake will come readily shaped and ganached, ready to start the fun part, decorating.
The cake will feed approx 6 favour portions, based on 2x1 inch piece. The head will be made as a non edible part of the decoration, which is removable before eating. This can be kept and used again on another project!
Cakes are fresh for 4 days, from completion, as long as left uncut and stored correctly. Cakes can also be frozen.
The cake will be filled with jam and buttercream. The chocolate ganache coating is a rich mix of chocolate and cream, used for better stability, and great taste!
Suitable for beginners, as full instructions will be given. Just bring yourself and get creative!
All under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times, apart from the mixed age sessions. For those 18 yrs, will be asked to attend alone, unless you're making along together.

Those under the age of 17, must be accompanied by an adult, on the childrens only sessions. Those on the children's sessions who are aged 18 are asked to attend alone, unless making along together with a parent/guardian.
One guardian to one child only, please, on the sessions this applies.
Some sessions, where stated, will be open to a mixed age group of adults and those aged 14yrs + or adults only. Please ask if you're unsure of the age group on your chosen session.

The booking fee is £20, per person. This is taken from the total cost with the balance due no less than 7 days in advance.
Cakes will come with a chocolate ganache coating. This is a mix of dark and milk chocolate with cream. It's used to add extra stability to the cake, before icing and decorating. There isn't an alternative option offered.
The cake will be a vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling.
The head will be made as a non edible decoration.
