
Learn how to create this super cute, 3d cake. A freshly baked, 5 inch round, triple layered vanilla sponge will be provided. The cake will come readily shaped and ganached so we can get straight on to the fun part, decorating and creating the detail. The cake will give approx 10 favour portions and is suitable for freezing, should there be any leftovers. The head will be made as a removable, non edible part. The finished piece stands over a foot tall, so makes an excellent centre piece.
Cakes are fresh for 4 days from completion, as long as uncut.
Come and get creative. Open to beginners, as full instructions will be given in a relaxed environment.

Bookings are only secured by payment of the booking fee. Booking fees are non refundable as they are taken to reserve your space, pay venues in advance and buy materials and prep days before the workshop begins. The booking fee is £25 per person, with the balance due no less than 7 days in advance.
Cakes will come with a ganache coating. This is a mix of dark and milk chocolate with cream. It's used to add extra stability to the cake, before icing and decorating.
The workshop is based on a vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling. The head of the cake is made as a non edible decoration.
If you are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible. The latest cancellation period is 72 hours (3 full days) before the start date. Any monies paid prior to this cancellation period will be refunded, excluding your booking fee. Cancellations within the 72 hours will receive no refunds. Transferring monies, excluding booking fee, to another workshop may be possible, but at the managers discretion.
Cakes contain ALLERGENS, including possible nut traces. Please ask PRIOR to booking if you have any concerns, as cakes may not be suitable for all dietary requirements.
All tools remain the property of Kerry Harvey Cake Designs. Please use tools respectfully. Sometimes accidents can happen, but please be mindful that breakages cost.
The workshop is designed to be fun. Please be kind and considerate to all taking part, as skills and confidence level will depend on the individual.
