Workshop Brief
Join me, as I show you how to create this super cute, 3d Highland cow. A smaller version of the adults workshop.
For this workshop I'm offering the opportunity for parents/guardians to join in and make along with the adult cow workshop too. What a great way to spend time together and get competitive! If booked together there is a discount applied.
To make Daisy, a freshly baked 4 inch round, double layered vanilla sponge will be provided. The cake will come readily shaped and ganached, ready to start the fun part, decorating.
The cake will feed approx 5 favour portions. The head will be made as a non edible part of the decoration, which is removable before eating.
Cakes are fresh for 4 days, from completion, as long as left uncut and stored correctly. The cake will be filled with jam and buttercream. The chocolate ganache coating is a rich mix of chocolate and cream, used for better stability, and great taste!
Suitable for beginners, as full instructions will be given. Just bring yourself and get creative!
All under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For those 18 yrs, will be asked to attend alone, unless you're making along together.

Daisy cow - smaller cake for teenagers - £40pp
Buttercup - larger cake for adults - usual price £65pp
Special offer price book and create along together £95 for the two.
Parent's/guardians are welcome to create along with the smaller cow too at the same rate of £40pp.
